    <description>The only time I ever had the above mentioned issue was when I paid with a brand new bank account, they held the funds for five business days.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I used the make a payment feature on my Chase Freedom app last Friday. &amp;nbsp;I happened to look at the account today and saw I only had $14.47 in available credit. &amp;nbsp;I called them and asked why it was so low. &amp;nbsp;Apparently they are holding the payment for a week before releasing the credit line back to me. &amp;nbsp;It was debited from my bank account last friday and posted to the Chase account. &amp;nbsp;I'm very disappointed in Chase right now. &amp;nbsp;Every other online payment I've made to them has posted and cleared almost immediately, why even offer a mobile payment feature if it's going to take a week before I can use that limit again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've scheduled payments through the app and never had any problems. Payments are usually credited within a couple of days and available credit restored.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This was the third or fourth payment I've made, all from the same account. &amp;nbsp;The only difference was that I authorized it from my phone instead of my computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
