NFCU eligibility question?

Wife has a few uncles served and died during the Vietnam war. Can she eligible to join?

and here another real question is, because she is a vietnamese so her uncles are 100% vietnamses Vets that fought along side by side with American Vets. Therefore, dose that make any different for qualify membership?

thank you for any input

Wife's uncles would have had to retire from US military and received a pension. Her parent who is related would have to join first thru that uncle. Then that parent sponsor her.

The answer to your questions are sorry to say no. You can't used a deceased persons military record to join NFCU, especially if they were never a member of NFCU. Your wife's parent would not even be allowed to join if her siblings were never members of NFCU.

Does NFCU allow Non US military personnel to join anyway?
