Anyone PC Cap1 to Wmc through regular customer service?

My other Qs1 was pc'ed to Regular Qs but limit was only $4500

Now my other Qs1 is @ $5750. Has anyone got there's pc to Wmc without going through Eo?

Ps. I can't use Chat I forget my secret question.

What secret question? I've used chat plenty of times and never had to answer a secret question. Also, I think this is usually only done through EO, though it seems to be like pulling teeth.

social team on twitter or facebook, but they will just send u to the EO most times anyway. Just email the EO if u want it. Ask for an APR reduction while you are at it.

I thought the Facebook option had been redirecting to standard CSRs lately. In any case, emailing the EO is an option if this is really important to OP although I'd caution that unless you plan to use the benefits it's probably not worth the hassle.

I second that. The few I have assisted in changing, its not really worth it, and they dont report as flexible spending anyway...at least you get extended warranty

I fly to Europe once or twice a month for work. Thought the extra benefits would be nice to have available. Currently don't have a Amex or World, Sig anything. That's why I was wanting the upgrade...

Yes, after months of trying to get my wife's qs1 pc'd via chat without success. My wife called a CSR on an unrelated issue and I spoke with the CSR about a pc. I was told the account wasn't eligible, but he could in fact pc it to a regular qs, no af. The pc was completed and the next day showed on her account as a World MasterCard. She received the card yesterday and it is a WMC.

Hi, yes I first had a $ 300 platinum that was pc to a qs1, then to a qswmc a month ago. before the pc the cl was 8300 and I just did a cli to 12,300. This is all since 9/14. Cap1 has been outstanding imo. I have done it all via chat. what secret question, they always verify the account online wiht first, last, accound and ss#

I have a 6k quicksilver MasterCard and they keep telling me wmc can't be done. If I didn't have 8 other world mastercards maybe I'd try harder lol.

My QS WMC does report as flexible spending, and has since the day I pc'd it. My cl was $5750 when I pc'd, and they automatically upgraded it to WMC. I never asked.

I had a QS MC that was originally a Platinum MC. Anyway I was able to get a chat MSR to PC my QS MC into a V1 WMC. Once my six months as a V1 passes, I'm going to try and PC it back into a QS WMC I've got a couple months left as a V1...
