Has anyone had issues with this card? It shows i have a current CL but always declines charges lol

All the time. Do a search for "BBVA Compas Bank" and you'll see the horror stories.

This forum is littered with horror stories and sad events of not being able to use the card

Embarrassing when in line checking out and the card won't work

I've never had any issues since I've had the card (almost 12 months), traveling or otherwise. Now that being said, it's a mixed bag for other since there's been reports of transactions being declined while the card/CL, on the surface, looks fine.

Only issue I've had with my card is the limit is too freakin small! I used it heavily to get my $200 bonus and for All Star weekend. But, since then it's been sd with my recurring USAA renters insurance on it. LOL. I'll pull it back out for NBA Finals! 🏀🏀

Awww, shucks you guys Well, it's kinda disappointing for other members who've had all kinds of issues since the initial launch. I would've never envisioned the closures and the odd verification/fraud instances from the BBVA parade we had almost a year ago!

I haven't had any issues using this card. During the star weekend event I used it like no tomorrow ( LOL) and I just collected $800 in statement credit

I've been using mine without any issues, also ran a ton of spend through it for All Star weekend. I cannot wait until the NBA finals!

I've had mine since November 2015 - no issues whatsoever - no declines, no problems other than the website is kinda funky and tends to be down for "updating" more than other sites. $20k CL, 11.24% APR but I don't carry a balance, still nice if I need to....
