Is anyone eligible for this assuming you have had a freedom for a certain amount of time? Meaning a PC? Still weighing my options of a possible PC from the 5% rotating to just a 1.5% UR card..

I have a freedom but i cant decide whether to PC or just apply for the card. I dont max out every category currently but will try to in the future.

Congrats!! I pc'ed mine as well. Thought about and when I looked at my year end statement for my Freedom, 90% of my spending was shopping and hardly any in categories that mattered. I would earn more with Unlimited based on my spending pattern.

The Freedom Unlimited is good if you don't have a QS or DC. I have both, however.

It is better than those if you have a CSP or ink card and want to use the points with travel partners. As a cashback I think the DC wins out over the others.

Not sure how others faired during the holidays, but I did very well, especially when the Freedom doubled the Amazon 5% to 10%. This years categories are arranged much better than last years and the next 2 quarter categories don't conflict with IT.

Have never maxed out the categories, and may just use Discover for my category card.
