BEST CARDS FOR 0% APR CHECKS/BTs ??

Hey All,

So, after 2 years of apping and building my score/profile, I'm reassessing my credit file and

figuring out my plan for the next year (after I complete my mortgage refinance - 8 months in the garden and counting!)

Anyway, besides air-miles, cashback and padding for UTIL, the other great perk of CCs can be the 0% BTs and checks

that effectively are free (or at least cheap when it comes with a 3% fee) money and very handy - if invested wisely (and paid back in time).

Cap 1 and BOA constantly send me these but I'm wondering if any other CC companies are historically good for this?

I have heard Discover offer them a lot. Are there any other recommendations?

Far as I know it's just part of their business practices and available on any products

From the products I've used I'll say Discover, Citi, and Barclay ring

Discover strong BT offers for me all the time. 0% for 12+ months and 3% fee. 5% 12+ months with no fee. Downside is they've never offered me direct deposit or checks, only traditional BT

Citi also constant BT offers and checks with strong terms. Direct deposit included which is super nice and 3% fee 0% 12 months I've also had some at 2% fee although those will probably fade away with prime rate rising. Also longer 18 month offers 0% with 4 or 5% fee.

Ring 8.25% all the time no fee including cash advance or check with only $3 fee. Downside BT is only traditional and while cash advance is cheap and awesome limit is typically 40% of your CL.

I guess the next layer of this is to figure out which of these CC companies will actually ALLOW you

to use the offer and not penalise or AA for taking advantage of the very same offers they have provided..

NFCU is pretty resistant against AA. they don't get scared easily

She gave me a categorical NO. Oh well, can't win 'em all..

Thanks to this forum! I called in as well and was able to recieve the offer. I am transfering my last student loan at 0% to pay it off. Should save me some money in interest! About $40 lol

I recently opened Huntington Voice and received a BT check with my first statement. Chase is good with sending a BT check on my Amazon like once a yr.
