Discover it CLI denial, how long after do I need to wait?

Hey everyone, I apologize if this is already posted elsewhere, but I looked and couldn't find it for my situation. I've had my card for over a year. I tried a CLI a couple weeks back and was denied. It was my first CLI that was denied with Discover. How long would you typically wait before asking for another CLI? My denial reason was not enough history with current credit limit or something to that affect. While some have gotten CLI in a shorter period, from my understanding the typical Discover CLI is now 90 days. Do I wait 90 days from my last CLI or 90 days from my last CLI denial? I appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

you can ask daily but, if looking for results (and based on the denial reason), i would give it 90 days or so.

There was a while there I was hammering it as soon as the 2 day message disappeared and the button re-enabled. Not sure that is the best thing to do but I did have a streak like that and it didn't seem to adversely impact anything. Discover inexplicably has love for me though so YMMV

Some are getting CLI's at 91 days, some at 31 days. Logically, since it's a soft pull, checking at 31 day increments makes the most sense.

Don't be discouraged. Some folks, like myself, didn't get our first CLI until 12-18 months after the account was opened. I suggest patience with Discover.

In view of the reason given, you should wait until next statement cut.

If you want to know the optimum period, I would say 91 days from last CLI.
