FYI to people who values amex offers.

TLDR: if you're amex card is getting replaced, it's possible to lose your SAVED amex offers.

'talked to an amex rep about my amex offers and asked about my missing SAVED (enrolled) offers. i was told it was going to show up after activating the new replacement card (fraud). i also got this email from amex:

Dear *,

We are pleased to let you know that we have your new Card ending in * on record.
If you added offers to your previous Card ending in * through the Amex Offers program that are still available and not yet redeemed, your connection status and enrollment(s) have automatically been transferred to your new Card ending in *.
This communication is for informational purposes only and you do not need to take any further action.
Thank you for your Card Membership.

reassuring right?!? so i activated my new card yesterday and had hoped that my saved amex offers were going to instantly show up, well no luck on that one. i then waited 24 hrs, checked and still nothing. so today i called, rep said it was something new to him - missing saved offers. he was willing to help (probably transfer me or put me on hold ) but i politely declined as i told him i dont wanna waste anymore time on this. *i could only remember ashford,com as the one i was intending to avail anyway. so no big deal. still disappointing though that you could actually lose saved offers coz of a replacement card issuance.

update:

logged in today and there it was! all my saved/enrolled amex offers. i guess phoning them the 2nd time made them realize that it was actually missing on my account.

that OR... it just takes some time to show up. 3 days in my case.

for everyone's sake, let's hope it's the latter.
