BARCLAY APPLE rewards financing question

I foolishly got this card thinking I could take advantage of deferred interest throughout life of the card. Do they ever run financing specials? I only have 30 days to take advantage of this and I really wasn't looking to purchase right now. I don't really want to take on that debt right now. If I had a Best Buy card I wouldn't worry since I could use their financing programs for Apple Purchases in the future....but they were included in my CH 7 and don't want anything to do with me right now.

I have the card and yep you usually get invites to do special financing throughout the year also. Like now with the big iphone upgrade push I just got one by email and so did DH on his card. You come off better using the Apple card for Apple products for two reasons over Best Buy (I have that one too) you earn the rewards on the Barclay side (free gift cards) and for $999 or more after taxes, it's 18 months 0% deferred interest...I've done two Macs, Apple Watch and other accessories now using it, just gave my daughter the collection of gift cards to get her screen fixed on her iPhone...so I saved two ways from Sunday lol. The best part about Barclay, pick up the phone once your intiial financing offer runs out and say I'm getting ready to buy something from Apple Online or Retail store and would like to see if you would apply the financing offer, usually they will.

I got my card in April 2015. Didn't plan on making any purchases until June (after the Apple conference/announcements). Called in June and said I didn't get to use my initial deferred financing. They turned it on and I made my purchases.

Fast forward to Nov 2015. Again, I wanted to buy something. Paid down my card. I let it reflect in the available balance. Called and said I'm about to buy this iPad Pro, can I get special financing? They turned it on and I made my purchases.

I believe asking them is all you need to do. Plus they run deferred bonuses all the time. There's one right now that started in Feburary and ends March 30th. There was also one from Nov-Dec 2015.

This is why I am in no big hurry to move the avaiable credit from my Apple card to one of my other Barclay cards. I missed my cutoff by a couple of days and I called and asked about an extension so I could use the offer. They said "sure, would 2 weeks be enough time to make your purchase or do you need more time?" I went the next day and picked up my shiny new iMac
