Combining Capital One cards

Is it possible to combine my QS1 and my QS limits? One is a MasterCard and the other a VISA. Not sure how this works since they both fall under Capital One but with different brands. Anyone done this before?

Look in the Service menu when you sign into your account. There is an option there to combine accounts. If your accounts are eligible you will be able to do it there. I know the card you are giving up has to have a zero balance and both cards have to be at least six months old. There may be more requirements.

Yes, you can combine them successfully if you qualify. One being a Visa or Mastercard doesn't pose a problem.

You definitely can here Log into the main capital one website "not the app" https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/Login.aspx

Ok as soon as you are logged in click the menu on the upper left side.

Now scroll all the way down and click "services" from there again scroll all the way down and click "more" it should take you to a different page. You will see on the 2nd bottom right "request account combination"

After you click that you will know if you are eligible. One of the accounts should have a zero balance and atleast a minimum of 6 months old

I did it myself no problem. I had both quicksilver visa and MasterCard. I wish you luck my friend let us know how it goes.
