I had the AMEX version and it transferred over to Barclays. My card is Orange, but the one advertised on the website is green. Does this make a difference?

I also realized there is an AF version that has a decent sign up bonus. Anyone know if we had the AMEX version are we eligible to apply for the AF version and get the sign up bonus?

There are three JetBlue Cards. JetBlue Rewards MasterCard (this is what AMEX Card Members were migrated to, cannot be applied for) with an annual fee of $40, the JetBlue Card with no annual fee and JetBlue Plus Card with a $99 annual fee. Hope this helps a little.

It is my understanding after talking to one of the CSR, if you hold a JetBlue car and apply for another one, the system will automatically decline you. You can call and ask for a PC to a different version but may not get it as your card was orginally part of the AMEX crossover. They may require you to close the card and open another one.

That would be bunch of BS if they ask you to close your card. That would take away a lot of history for people who had old Amex accounts

That would take away a lot of history for people who had old Amex accounts

The old history would still remain, it transferred over from AMEX. The CSR explained to me that if could not just convert my JetBlue WMC to a WEMC thru a PC. They advised that I would have to apply, get denied because the system would automatically deny it for having 2 of the same product. Then call in and ask for a PC. At that time they MIGHT be able to to PC the card or have the person close their old account and open a new one. Here was something else about the deal if you went to another account whether it was PC or new card, your points would not transfer to the new one. Any points not used, would be lost as it was part of a different program.

@darwin_wins Unfortunately as that is marketing-related, I would not know if Optima Card Members are sent targeted offers for 100K points. If you haven't had the product in the past, however, you should be eligible if you come across it.

My JetBlue account shows I have 125 points in their system. My JetBlue card says I earned I 264 points last statement and at 597 so far this statement. It also looks like they lump your points in when your stateent cuts, like Discover does with their cash back deals.
