      <description>&lt;P&gt;Regarding co-branded cards, such as the Ritz Carlton card from Chase, how much of the approval decision falls on the bank and how much on the other brand (if any?)? Is it purely up to the bank?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In general, are co-branded card applications scrutinized&amp;nbsp;less?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
