Odd Discover IT card message??

I received a message back on November 19th of last year stating that they were decreasing my credit line from $1,000 to $810. Well, here we are at the end of April and it hasnt happened yet. Of course I'm not going to call them and ask them about it.

Has anybody ever had this happen to them before with Discover?

I haven't had it happen to me but I would NOT call them if it hasn't happened all this time. To me, you're reminding them to do it.

Don't remind them! Just be happy and use your credit!

Knowing discover they will probably increase your CL instead of decreasing it.
