What store cards can convert to MC/Visa

Hello - Does anyone know what store cards have the ability to convert to MC/Visa? Specifically Overstock, HSN, SAMs and Walmarts? Thanks.

HSN - no longer offers the MasterCard I believe

OverStock is Comenity and OverStock MasterCard is FNBO (different banks, no upgrade possibility)

Sams Club - yes people do receieve upgrade offers

WalMart- yes again

these cards from Synch bank can be upgraded by invitation; American Eage, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, TJX, Athleta, SteinMart. Not sure about BP and Chevron cards if they offer an upgrade.

Be aware that at least some (I'm not sure about all) of the store-to-major-network "conversions" involve the closure of the old account and the opening of a completely new one. As you rebuild, that might feel like a wrench in your AAoA.
