The website is very misleading in terms of rewards. The cc rewards are a different program than the regular store rewards. CSR's gave conflicting information on every call. Just an "applier beware" story.

I didn't know they offered a credit card. Which bank? Synch? Community?

I work for OD. What we were told is that our current "credit cards" are store cards only and not able to be used at any other retailer. Did you have an older card?

The current card does not have a card type like Visa, MC, etc.

Your info is correct.

The OD card is only a store card (i.e. PLCC) but it's underwritten and issued by Citi. (Not to be confused with a co-branded Citi card.)
