Pre-approval question

Synchrony has sent me a few emails pre-appproving me for some cards. My most recent is Ebates. Is there any way to see what the approval info is without actually accepting it to see?

I think they mean credit limit, interest rate, etc.

That's what I was thinking but I know assumptions can be dangerous wouldn't we all love to know that before we took the HP plunge.

I have had many pre-approvals. They have come with an interest rate, any type of promo apr etc., SOME type of detail. If I click on the email, it requires that I put in an invitation code. I haven't encountered an invitation code like this. I didn't want to put in my invitation code to see this info if that code automatically enrolls me. I am well aware I won't see a credit limit amount unless I proceed. I have seen Synchrony only do SP for pre-approval offers too.

This is different. I don't recall ever getting one like this that does not have at least some of the details of the offer.
