NFCU CLI process

Have they changed the process for a CLI request? I've asked 2 times before and one I received the 1-2 days message (or something like that) and the other it was approved. Also, you had to enter the requested amount both times.

This time it seemed a bit different. I was given 2 options, 1. to either enter the requested amount or 2. to select the box for "maximum amount". I selected maximum and filled in income, etc. Hit submit button and received a message saying that it will take 24 hours to process.

Now in the past when I received that 1-2 days message, I called right away to cancel (something I read on here) because I didn't want the HP. This time I didn't because EQ is on ICE. The only one not chilling is TU.

Is this process new?? Even the layout looks different. Now I've usually done it from an actual PC but this time I'm on my phone. However I went to the full site. Thanks family!
