Help!!! . Barclay late payment

Totally flaked and forgot to pay my Barclay Choice Privieleges payment, due date was June 8th. I got the email that my statement was availble, took a look and yep forgot to pay. I made the payment tongiht and it said it would post on 6/14.

Does anyone know if this will be reported late to the CRA's? I'm crossing my fingers it won't, I've always been on time with payments. I plan on calling tomorrow begging for mercy.

It shouldn't be reported to the CRA's because you weren't 30 days late. Internally, Barclays will remember.

Thanks. My first concern was it reporting to the CRA's. Only late payment I've had in years. I know Barclay's get spooked easily with activity. Hope one late payment won't trigger anything.

It will not affect your CR until 30 days late but as Dalmus said, Barclays will remember and that could be worse than a 30 day late on a CR, good luck but don't sweat it.

Right, it will not hit the report. You just have to be careful with Barclay because I'm sure they are aware of it being late, and they are known to cause issue at times.
