Existing Cards Appearing on Chase Prequal?

Hi all,

Quick question about Chase's prequal: do the cards that you already have from Chase carry on appearing on your Chase prequal indefinitely, or do they disappear once Chase's system realizes that you have them?

I'm trying to interpret what the changes on my Chase prequal mean exactly. Since I got my Freedom and CSP last month, the trio (Freedom, CSP, Slate) carried on appearing on my prequal for quite a while. But about a week ago, the CSP disappeared, leaving the Freedom and Slate. Today, I realized that the Freedom disappeared too, leaving just the Slate.

I'm wondering if this is because:

1. My Chase internal score is falling from the inquiries and new accounts, or

2. Freedom and CSP disappeared because Chase's system realized that I already had the cards.

I know that (1) is playing at least some role in my prequal, because my APR on the remaining prequalified cards rose when the CSP disappeared, but I'm curious if (2) is playing a role too.

Not that it's going to change my garden plans in any way, but I'm curious.

I've had cards I have with them show up. It's happened on other sites too, but ymmv

Ever since i got CSP and Freedom Unlimited in April, their prequal can't find anything for me
