Amex Platinum Offer

So I don't log on that much anymore but I should. My current scores are all in the 720's (finally!!! ). I recently received an email offer to upgrade my AMEX PRG to a platinum with 75k points with 3k spend via email. I called the number to ask and they asked for my POID...the only problem is my email does NOT have one. I'm so confused. They instead told me I have an offer for $300 credit statement on $1000 spend on a BCP card. I really want tom upgrade since I'm travelling a lot this summer. (Seattle, Ireland, Rome, and New Orleans). What can I do?

Just to be safe check the offer carefully

Usually its on the offer via mail or email

Members are also being targeted with the 100k offer on 3k spend in some cases still so choose wisely

Right, double check to be sure of the offer. If you still aren't sure, I'd maybe call them just to see if you can get any more info or help.
