It's not an official list, but generally speaking, yes. Keep in mind "in house" cards are definitely under 5/24, CSP, Freedom, Slate, FU, etc.

Yes but keep in mind they can and are declining people for having opened too many accounts even if it's not under 5/24. Nonetheless you arent going to be autmatically declined as they do when the cards are under 5/24

I guess, generally speaking, Its probably better to just wait to apply for the card you want when you are well within the 5/24 for better results, regardless of which cc it is. I dont think Ill ever get close to the 5/24 to worry! LOL

It's not included. I know b/c 3 weeks ago I was deciding between IHG or Marriott---made the dumb mistake of app-ing for Marriott and got denied for 5/24 and found out afterwards IHG was NOT included in 5/24. Should have done my homework.

I feel bad for the 99% of people out there who have no clue about this and many of which will likely rack up the inquiries apping for Chase card after Chase card only to be denied.

Don't feel bad 99 % of the people out there are well within the 5/24 rule and won't be affected by this.
