Does anyone know how long it takes for a payment to post when you pay at a chase branch?

you get credit for the day u go into the branch and do the transaction but it could take 3-4 business days to show up as posted to the account.

YMMV, but a payment I made in cash during a business day, not a Sat., holiday, or day the Federal Reserve was closed, I was able to see the very next day had posted the day before. Since I can't remember the actual day, if I made the payment on a Wednesday in the morning, I was able to see the payment online on Thursday and showed that it was posted for the day before.

But that was a payment in cash, if you're paying with your check from a different bank, it could take longer.

Additionally if you have a Chase checking account and you transfer from your chase checking to your credit card it will post that day, though you may not be able to see it until that night or the next morning, assuming you did so on a business day.

It's usually 48 business hours for you to see it. However, you get credit for the payment the day you make the payment. I just went through this!!
