      <title>Multiple shipments of the CSR Card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else keep getting the chase sapphire reserve card and tracking sent to you? Think I got a 3rd card coming in lol. Apparently it's from all the multiple times I've called the customer service rep to expedite my card in the beginning, and &amp;nbsp;I guess they submitted it multiple times. I also read on Reddit a couple of people had multiple cards sent to them too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chase was overwhelmed with apps (both the leaked app and the planned one) and people calling every five minutes, stopping into branches to get past 5/24, etc, etc, so it's not surprising it got botched a bit with regard to multiple cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not saying you per se, but people needed to calm down a bit and stop expecting the world. If the rep said the card couldn't be expedited people were calling back 5 or 10 times looking for the answer they wanted. This resulted in the duplicate requests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed also on reddit there's people literally complaining beause the card was mailed in a plain envelope and not a fancy box. Well, you insisted on it being expedited, right? You aren't keeping the package anyway. Some people are never satisfied.       <description>&lt;P&gt;A lot of us (on Reddit) were trying to call in to talk to diff reps to get it expedited. Some said yes some said no from what everyone was reading. So most of us were trying to get around it by trying to talk to someone different to see who will agree to expedite it. I guess the 3 diff reps that said they couldn't actually tried to request it for me and apparently they're all a Slowly coming in now. I didn't know that could happen. Thought their system woukd know once one is sent to not keep sending. But oh well can't blame them we were all wild I'll admit it haha.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was instantly approved in branch on Monday 8/22. Bank rep asked if I wanted my card expedite, I said sure. He called card services and they said no. I left it alone and have yet to contact Chase. No card yet, no tracking, nothing. It's not a big deal to me but I guess I have everyone who is receiving multiple cards to thank for me not even receiving my card yet.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In business settings, there is an "inventory game" which has been created to allow small groups to understand how business ordering and goods flows work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One person is the "manufacturer" who has certain criteria they can follow to plan their production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another person is the "warehouse" who receives products from the "manufacturer", with certain built in constraints,&amp;nbsp;and ships those to the "salesperson" for delivery to the "customer".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A "Salesperson" arranges with the "customer" to order product from the "warehouse", and has certain constraints they want to meet, constraints for delivery and objectives for sales volume.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "customer" places orders with the "salesperson", and thsi "customer" also has expectations for delivery time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The result of the game is either shortages or way too much product being sent through the chain, as the individual members try to game the system to meet their goals, and the constraints start to swing around and create those lumps of big delivery or no delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the customer asks for a card 3 times, it's likely each CSR who got that request is acting as a "salesperson" to put demand on the "warehouse" to deliver a card to what the CSR thinks is the one customer call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As customers of these banks, we should all be mindful of our role in this chain of events.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
