      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this has been posted, but possibly one of the best sign up bonuses get slightly tougher to achieve. &amp;nbsp;Chase just recently increased the spend requirement from 1k to 2k on the Chase Hyatt card for the 2 free nights at any Hyatt. &amp;nbsp;Not a huge spend still, but just informing people that might not of seen or known this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: also AF isn't waived for 1st year anymore either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
