Citi requires you to ask for a CLI on the card that you want to have a higher limit on and a CLD on the card that you want to have a lower limit on. This results in a hard pull and you will end up leaving $500.00 or so on the card that you requested the CLD on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Chase has a similar policy but it's super easy through a chat window/secure message. Call into Citi and ask for someone higher up. If you get a foreigner network they may close your account before you get the other one increased lol</description>
