American Express Blue Cash Everyday Welcome Offer?

Hey guys,

I noticed that the Welcome Offer for this card is $150 back when you spend $500. I check to see if I am prequalifed, and it shows that I am prequalified for 3 cards. BUT on the prequalification result page it does not show a welcome offer for either one. It says "Welcome Offer: ----" (BLANK) . It does not look like it will give me a welcome offer. Ive never held an Amex card before. My question is does approval odds change if I apply from the prequalification result page, vs applying directly from the home page (home page shows the welcome offer)?

Thanks I think I will apply from home page then. Strange as to why they try to not offer the Welcome offer from the prequalified page.
