Any banks exclusively pull EQ?

I have the wanting to apply for new credit itch...Are there any banks that pull only Equifax?

Ay ay ay everyone pulls EQ for me. Just got in with both US Bank and Citi and those were just a EQ pull for me, nothing else...

Highly location dependent. Looks like the South and Midwest get hit with EQ a lot more. In the Northeast it's almost exclusively EX, including US Bank and Citi, even though the guy above me said he got pulled EQ. Discover AFAIK does prefer EQ but you never know, no guarantees.

USAA pulls EQ exclusively for me. I'm in the south and most of my CC's pulled EX.

Discover pulled TU for me in New Jersey. I wish they all pulled TU for me as my TU score has always been the most sensitive of the 3 CRAs; it reacts to every little change. EQ and EX barely move sometimes.

I'm in the midwest and with the exception of Synchrony, everyone seems to pull EQ.

Everyone and their grand uncles seem to to pull Eq for me. Disco, Ciitbank, Penfed, . The one that is slowest to update gets called into the game first, go figure

I'm in the Southeast, and it's EX and EQ for me... the only time I get a TU pull is for the issuers who always pull TU (for me, Synchrony and Capital One).

Both Chase and Citi were double-pulls (EQ and EX), while my other issuers pulled as expected.

With TU being my highest score I've always wished more issuers used them. I'm blacklisted from Barclays so they're out, and I don't want/need any more Synchrony cards so other than a possible addition of a Venture at some point my TU will not likely be seeing much action.

To address the original question, though, I don't know of any banks who exclusively pull EQ. My USAA was EQ only, but I've read that lately they sometimes pull EX for some, so they aren't 'set in stone' either.

Comenity pulls EQ (although Comenity Capital, an arm of Comenity, pulls EX), but I cannot say that I would recommend applying with them.

Move to Nashville and all you will basically get is EQ pullers. It is out of hand with my inquiries on EQ vs. other CRA's.

Ha, I was hoping CC would chime in as I know he has been very much an expert with EQ pullers (not by choice).

I'm in Nashville as well....and EQ is my lowest at 689.

+1 I'm in the Great Lakes area and most are EX, USAA always pulls EQ for me.
