If you have seen it hit or Requested a CLI from today on - Please post your results.

I am personally hoping to get a CLI my last one was in May. Fingers crossed 17.5 to 25k.

I pulled the trigger a few days ago...a bit too early. Would it make a difference to hit after the AR?

My go rewards is about 5 weeks old.

Richie - 5 weeks is way too soon. NFCU likes to see 3-6 months of history before a CLI.

Sorry Richie , you have to have ATLEAST 3 statements cut bf you should request CLI , unless you have had just a dramatic change in scores from the time you apped .. I would not ask for another one until you can go into your online acct and see 3 statements for it in there ..

Does the verbiage change on the CLI screen where it indicates whether an HP or SP will be performed? I'm at the 4 month mark.

This scares me. I don't want anymore inquiries on my CR.

Does anyone know the sweet spot of how long before you can request another CLI? I got one 94 days ago and one 15 days ago. Would like to CLI the one that I got 94 days ago.

It is usually 3 statements and an AR , if you have had the 3 statements then you should be golden bc the new AR just hit

Well I guess NFCU feels I came too far too fast. I just tried for a CLI and was sent to review. Thank god I was able to get them to cancel it.

Response was immediate but quite anti-climatic as I had to look and see what happened.

* No Flashing Lights, Sirens, or parting of the Red Sea

Searched around after seeing that my request was "approved".

Eventually saw it in normal sized text, as if it was just an additional sentence in a paragraph.

Increase from $2,000 to $10,000

Go Navy ! ! !

I still can't believe my will power. I don't know if I love myself or hate myself. I went so far as to fill out the mini form for the CLI and then froze. I asked myself a question as my finger hovered over the submit button: "Will you be disappointed if it goes to review or you are declined?" I pictured myself angry and beating myself up all day, so I quickly hit the canel button. Actually, I'm still surprised at my will power because I so badly wanted an increase although I really don't need one. I'm at $15K CL and 5 statements have cut. My highest UT to date on this card has been 5% and across all CC 13%; yet, I was still scared to hit submit. Oh well, maybe next time. I'll wait until the next AR around Jan 1 and maybe I'll get the nerve then.

Congrats to all of you who took the chance and got huge increases.

I've been back and forth about whether or not I would request a CLI. I saw this thread (I've been lurking TONS) and hit the button on my cards. Both went to 15K from 12K and 13.8K. Not bad considering they are both nearly maxed (home, auto repair, medical bills). All thanks to this thread. Woo hoo!

I need a little nudging or some help pulling back. I have had my Visa Flagship Rewards for 2 years, no CLI ever. Currently at 3k used on a 7k limit. Scores are about 650 ish give or take, took some inquires in Sept (approvals for AMEX & Discover). Do you think I have a shot? Was denied for a GO REWARDS during that mini cc spree in Sept. Also to add, statement cuts on the 6th; should I wait after 6th or with the new AR it does not matter?

I would think you have a pretty decent shot. The 2nd card is always harder to get
