Some good amex offers

Logged on today;

Panera spend $10 get 500 MR point x3 total 1,500

Dunkin donuts spend $10 get 500 MR points x3 total 1,500

Burger King spend $10 get 500 MR points (didn't get don't eat there) x 3 1,500

$400 Travel portal spend 6,000 MR points.

It's nice picking up 7,000 MR points for things I'm buying anyway.

Check the fine print. I was about to use the 6k MR travel one for a flight when I saw it was just for prepaid hotels.

I swaer Amex offers hates me. I get random things I will never ever use. I live at Panera and Dunkin. Come on Amex you know that by my spend history

As usual, with AMEX offers, YMMV. I have the Panera one showing on one of my cards - but none of the other offers.

BUT... I did get the $5 off $30 pay at pump for Exxon/Mobil

$10 off $50 Longhorn Steakhouse (AND ALL DARDEN RESTAURANTS)

The $100 off $500 Carnival cruise one a few weeks back was great.. Especially when I was just about to pay the balance on my cruise.. Gotta love that!

Small print says you can use 3x so that's 1,500 total for each one, wow!

They'd be a lot more useful if ALL offers showed up for ALL cards.. When X number are 'added to card', they take down the offer (assuming theyre limited on how many they can allow with certain merchants). People might actually be able to get offers that they'll use. I've had several that I wint use but have seen others upset they didnt get them and others that I wish I had but dont show up on my end.. just seems so innefficient.

Thanks for the heads up. Went looking for these and saw two pretty good hotel offers on my platinum:

Spend $100 at Marriott and get 2000 mr points

Spend $250 at Hilton and get $50 statement credit

Pretty good value on both!

Amex site… its wonderful when all the accounts are streamlined into one but if you remove cards and attach them to new logins you will get a few more amex offers here and there. Sometimes they are actually usable and geographically relevant.

The Burger King and Panera Bread popped up for me today thanks a lot

I got pretty excited about that offer on my BCE this morning until I read the details. The only one company I had actually heard of was the first in this list.

I'm striking out on these general offers...cell isn't eligible, insurance companies I've never heard of, and the cable one never shows up for me. At least I got Burger King!

Just finished using these offers on my Gold card as well as DW's PRG.

bought $10 gift cards for stocking stuffers.

Panera x 6 = 3000

DD x 6 = 3000

BK x 6 = 3000

Papa Johns x 6 = 3000

12000 points on $240 spend is a pretty sweet deal!

i also maxed out the insurance 10% back last month on my card. Going for the 10% on DW's this month.

I think the fine print says you can get a maximum of 3 of the 500 MR point rewards, across all the set of those rewards. So a max of 1,500 MR per log in account. Others are extending them with spousal accounts.

Regardless of the limit, they are good deals. I've used a Panera, then rang up a Burger King gift card since I likely would not put $10 on a BK purchase by myself. Likely back to Panera before too long to get the third and final.
