Is AMEX still 5 years post BK?

I don't know, maybe 6 months ago, I was reading on here that AMEX may be changing from 5 years to 4 post BK. Has there been any kind of update on that?

My wife I I are 5 years out of bk and she has got three amex cards this year.

DM filed for BK on 2012 and was approved for 2 AMEX cards this year.

4 at the minimum but most are reporting 5.

Jace when was the D/C? I filed towards the end of 2012 and D/C in march of 13. I'm 698 now on EX and was wondering if I'd have success in April of 2017.

DC was in 2012 as well. The process didn't take too long.
