Help identifying old CFAs

Hi all,

I've read a few threads about Consumer Finance Company accounts, but I still can't figure out what on my credit history qualifies as one. I got a mailer for the QS card with a specific APR, not a range. I've been in the garden while trying to pay down my balances, but I need to still transfer some of my balances to some 0 APR cards. I did another thread on that a few months ago, but that's not what my question is right now. So, I was denied for the QS for "revolving balances too high compared to income", but the letter also said I had to many CFAs. I'm asking for help in identifying them, just so that I know when they will age off of my report.

I have never had a payday loan or rent-a-center type of purchase. However, when I first started building my credit, the first lines I got were for a Fingerhut card, a Jared card, a Macy's card and a Victoria's Secret card. Shortly after that, I got a car with a loan from GM Financial, which I recently refinanced with a refi loan from PenFed. I also recently got a Discover It Student and a Citi Diamond Preferred card. I can't think of anything else on my credit that might fall into that category. I have student loans that have been recently sold to Great Lakes Educational Loans...

Would any of those (or all) be considered a CFA?

Fingerhut probably is considered one

I think it's Fingerhut. Bc I have those other cards and I never get the CF account reason.
