Sallimae rewards section gone missing!!!

What happend to Sallimae rewards section? today i logged in to see, the section itself is missing. I dont see any rewards points at each transaction level line items. i know they are stopping all these rewards effective 03/01/2017. but i hoped the rewards will live till 02/29/2017.

i had some $21-$24 rewards in the account. anyone see the same in your account page?

Missing but it's probably just a fault in their application infrastructure though I'm too lazy to check for the broken content request.

Rewards still listed on statements, I ain't trippin... I already capped this statement anyway

ETA: I had checked a few days ago and they were properly counted, easy way to sanity check is if anyone with some other Barclays card sees the same, just looks like an application fault though.

I get: "We're making a few improvements. This functionality is not available right now. Please check back later!" on most Account Settings.

They are changing some things. Don't worry.

Starting 3 days ago, my SM account's rewards section went missing, and as of yesterday, no transactions made since January 5 are showing (either posted or pending, even though the card is working - I just used it this morning). AND, even though I paid my statement balance on the 30th, as of 3 days ago, my account tells me that my statement balance is due on the 21st, even though the payment I made clearly shows up on my payment history. I am calling Barclay's if my account is not back to normal by the end of the week.

It's their website in general, nothing specific to Sallie Mae.

Checked and I found notes "we are improving the website and the functionality is limited," so it will be back. On the product change to Barclay's Commence, they did say we would have the Barclay's Sallie Mae though February 28, 2017 and then it would go dark. As another poster already reported, it is their website that is in a state of flux and I found another of my accounts stating the same info provided herein.

Its even worse than you all said.

Both of my Sallie Mae cards are displaying the World version of the card when I'm signed into the Barclay site, when one of them is only a Platinum card. You can clearly see the diference in the two card images in my signature.

Now how am I supposed to tell them apart on the Barclay website?

I was able to see rewards when checked in after statement cut (this was today, a week later). Sometimes they go missing, they always come back.

They're having system issues. Nothing to be worried about. There's a banner at the top of the website that says this.

dont have to panic. i sent a message asking about the issue, they replied back stating some system issues. now the rewards section is back on my account, and i see the reward points.

i m planning to accrue the rewards points till feb 3rd week and going to redeem all. then put the card in sd.

bye bye sallimae. moreover not my best credit line card. for last 2.5 yrs it struck at $2500. no further increases.

any other valuable reasons to still use card after changing it to commence card from march 1, 2017?

Yup it's back, and I just redeemed all my points. I was going to keep pushing $750 to the Amazon GC balance, but decided to just kill it early by picking up the new Amazon Visa and I was covered with 5% on the Freedom anyway for gas to carry me through Q1.

There's no reason to have it in my opinion after the change... I will probably just let the tradeline idle and see if Barclays ever closes it for inactivity.

Nice knowing ya Sallie; sorry sweetheart, it was fantastic while it lasted.

i have penfed cashback to cover gas 5%. amazon 5% card is going to be really useful. bye bye sallimae. also got amex bce preferred to take care of 6% groceries. only thing is grocery stores are coded differently between sallimae and amex. some local grocery stores are marked grocery by sallimae, where amex mark them as merchandise/food etc. i recently upgraded my bce regular to pref. yet to cut statement .

I just logged in and its all back, I sent an SM on this Monday and never got a reply what I did see on my platinum SM I have had since 2014 was a 2.2K auto CLI. LOL Im shutting this one down next month only keeping the world card.
