Hey, was wondering if the Chase amazon takes longer to ship? I was approved two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I called tonight and I had a hard time understanding the overseas rep, but she told me they still haven't shipped it.

Didn't know if I should ask for a US call center person during the day or if Amazon just takes longer?

If you were approved 2 weeks ago, you should have received it by now. What number are you calling? Call during the day to get a U.S rep or better, go to a branch near you and have it expediated. Congrats on the approval.

Could be that they were holding off shipping until now due to the transition to the new cards
