      <description>Has anyone applied for a third Citibank card and then use that hard pull on a subsequent phone call to move other limits around with existing cards? Even Barclay caved when I did that</description>

      <description>Update Called backdoor number, spoke with a man about what I needed, and he is currently taking the steps to reallocate the credit. Will need to wait to hear back on the approval, but over all was pretty painless.</description>
