Discover purchase CRA

Was wondering from anyone who has discover. I have a 1800 CL and was going to make a 1400 purchase at sams for the 5% CB plus 5% match.

Was curious is they are like BofA that sometimes will report your balance mid cycle if you make a large purchase?

I plan to pay it off before statement date

I haven't had an off cycle report yet. I've had the card and use it every month since 7/2015.

Now, why is your limit 1800? New account? Last CLI attempt?

It graduated in Nov from a secured 300. I hit the CL button at end of December and it was raised 1500 to 1800

Hubby's Discover card has never reported midcycle unless we requested it (to show a CLI for example). His card is only a little over 6 months old though.
