topic Captial One QS one CLI in Credit Cards

Hi everyone,
So I got the captial one quicksilver one as my first card in June of 2016 since then I've been doing great with it and received an automatic increase from my SL of $300 to $2300 right at the six month mark with credit steps. I just was on vacation and racked up 2k on the card and paid half off immediately and just paid it to 0, 2 weeks ago. I really like the cashback on this card and wanted to know if I should apply for a CLI? I've only gotten one Increase on the card that was in last December of 2016 when it went from 300-2300. What are my chances of an increase?

Nil. Cap1 has a strict 6 month CLI rule. You'll be able to get one (if Cap1 approves it) in May/June. Count 181 days from your last increase to be sure.

You can ask forn a CLI anytime. they won't do anything until the 6 month mark. But, its a SP so asking won't hurt.

Is there any way to know what date you received the last increase. Can you see this by logging in? I think mine was about 5 months ago but I didn't track it.

I have been looking for that feature for some time and not found a way to tell. Go by the statements and you should be able to get it within a few weeks i would think. I apply everytime I make a payment. No hit no harm according to C1.

I chatted with them and they gave me the exact date of my last increase. Chat rep then advised me to wait 6 months from that date to request another increase.

So I finally got a response. "Your average monthly payment has been too low". Hadn't seen that one before. Obviously Cap One is not happy that they are not my priority card. I don't charge alot so I don't need to pay much. What should I do to undo this and get my next increase? How long will it take?
