Auto CLI on a secured Discover???

I have a Discover secured for almost 6 months ($500). I logged in today and its at $1250 limit. I also noticed the Credit Limit Request option(Did not use). I'm confused,...Is this what they do before I get a graduation? Thoughts? My Walmart and Tjmaxx store cards were also AUTO upgraded to MC last week.

Yep, you've upgraded! Congrats! Same thing happened to me without warning so I hopped on chat to verify and sure enough it was because I upgraded.

OP how many statements have cut for you? I have the Discover Secured too and about to hit the 6month mark!

This is not a secured card anymore - congratulations!

You may want to get on chat and see what product they moved you into...sometimes you can product change to one that better suits your spend

There have been many people who 🔥 Discover and were let back in. Discover will discover you again im sure.

When I unsecured from $800 in october of 2016, they gave me an auto-CLI to 1750.

One billing cycle passed and I hit the cli button on 12-5-16 and got a 3950 cli to 5700 - http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Approvals/Discover-unsecured-me-a-month-ago-BUT-NOW/m-p/4806552

I just hit the cli button again on 2-6-17 and havent seen anything yet so im assuming its a denial this time.

The 5th statement just hit for me . Update: I just recieved the email from Discover confirming the graduation!! I also hit the LUV button and got another $450 to $1700. Not bad, over 3x starting.

You sure did graduate...

You can try hitting the CLI request button but its been a bit hit or miss on graduations... Some have gotten a second helping of CLI, others, have had to wait a bit..

The worst is they say no and send you a letter.. its a SP for the CLI.....
