CSR Travel Credit

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding CSRs travel credit. I just received mine in the mail and I registered the card with my SunPass account. I am aware that tolls are considered travel for reward points but will it count towards the travel credit? I don't want to use the $300 travel credit for tolls. Hoping to receive a response from someone that has been through this situation. Thanks everyone!

My Fastrak (toll service) reload counted for my travel credit, so I'd expect yours would too. You can't control how it is applied, if a charge is made that qualifies they automatically credit it until the $300 is exhausted.

Yeah just called and a rep confirmed it. Oh well. Still $300 back

It's $300 that would have come out of your pocket regardless if applied to tolls, car rental, flights, etc. All good!
