      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks, I am a USAA member (savings account) but I am non-military--- not a military dependent and not married to a service member.&amp;nbsp; I opened the account almost 10 years ago when I was engaged to a military officer.&amp;nbsp; Am I eligible to get a secured AMEX with USAA?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
