Is BOA updating right now? All personal and business cards frozen

Just logged into BOA to make a payment and everything can't be accessed it shows my balances but I try to click on the accounts but it won't take me to the account pages for my business or personal accounts.

Anyone else having these issues?

It appears they are doing something, I cannot log into my personal credit card as well. But it has happened before and I just assumed it was some kind of maintenance. It should be back up and running soon, kinda scary though the first time you run into this.

Yeah same here I thought it might be AA for some reason like why are all accounts frozen? They should put a banner at the top saying they're doing maintenance.

Yeah that would be helpful wouldn't it. Perhaps they enjoy having a good laugh at our expense.

LMBO crazy part I was thinking like everyone else when I logged in and it had that error, it seems like this time of night for the last few nights it's been coming up but works during the day.

Mine says:

We're sorry, but we are temporarily unable to show credit card account information. Please try again later.

I can see how that is a bit scary, at first, but I have seen a number of other sites doing the same thing. (Penfed's is a lot like this, IIRC) And it is Sunday (when most banks update their sites)

Yeah I couldn't see mine from like 7:00 PM PST to 10.. now I can view both business and personal.

My personal 'rule-of-thumb' is that if a website is acting wonky on the weekends during the 'wee hours' I just assume they are doing maintenance.

You were worried about NFCU AA last night during their maintenance... if you keep this up you'll give yourself a heart attack!

BOA often does maintenance on Sundays. Try and relax. 99 percent of the decision makers who would close your account/AA do not work on weekends anyway so it's unlikely to happen on a Sunday night

Did you consider that it's President's Day today and some banks don't update due to the holiday. I know my Suntrust business accounts are locked out because of the holiday... Just sayin it could be that..

Had it happen like 2 weeks ago too, ain't no big thing.

I'm more worried about the 11K in cash I deposited into my soccer league's account... first time I've been asked to write my social security number down by a teller, passing strange even if I can easily demonstrate everyone I received said money from heh. Sucks I may need to be making more notes in my record keeping post receipts just in case, awkward money laundering rules!
