I've had a PNC card since 2004 (when it was NationalCity). I called today and attempted a product change from the Points card to the CashBuilder card. Unfortunately, the representative informed me that PNC does not offer product changes on their credit cards. I assume she wasn't just saying this because my request was declined based on criteria, but i could be wrong since i used to have some baddies that finally fell off a couple years ago. My primary bank account with 90k and direct deposit is with PNC and my current experian score is 834.

I'm considering calling to try again with a different rep, but before doing so I'm curious on if anyone else has successfully had a PNC CC product change? Should i try some other department?.. my call was directed from the initial rep to a "sales rep", who then told me that PNC didn't do PC.
