https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/PNC-PC-possible/m-p/4873870#M1422339 <P>I've had a PNC card since 2004 (when it was NationalCity). &nbsp;I called today&nbsp;and attempted a product change from the Points card to the CashBuilder card. &nbsp;Unfortunately, the&nbsp;representative informed me that PNC does not offer product changes on their credit cards. &nbsp;I&nbsp;assume she wasn't just saying this because my request was declined based on criteria, but i could be wrong since i used to have some baddies that finally fell off a couple years ago. &nbsp;My primary bank account with 90k and direct deposit is with PNC and my current experian score is 834.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I'm considering calling to try again with a different rep, but before doing so I'm curious on if anyone else has successfully had a PNC CC product change?
