      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got an email from my My Best Buy Visa (a Citibank card) asking me to update my account information.&amp;nbsp; I clicked the link and logged in and it asked for my salary and whether I rent or own, and how much my monthly payment is.&amp;nbsp; I answered all the questions and that was it, it just took me back to the main page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've heard the Best Buy Visa doesn't do auto luv, but has anyone else seen this email and/or had auto luv (after responding to the email or not)?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My email came from bestbuycard@info5.accountonline.com which is the same as every other email I have gotten regarding the card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope Wired is right and they roll out some auto CLI luv. I just bought my wife a MacBook and used about 45% of my credit line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks to my three year old for pouring that bottle of water on her 10 month old HP. Funny how you NEED a $1000 computer to replace a $500 computer. 😲</description>

They responded by asking her to call in. They CSR said they got many calls today asking this question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While she had them on the phone she asked for a CLI and it was granted. $4500 to $9000. She has had the account for a year and bought an Ipad for $450 and paid in full and has never used it since.
