Capital One prequalified question

On the CapitalOne site I am prequalifed for the QS1 and Platinum

On the Cardmatch site I am matched with several cards but for the Capital One Venture and Quicksilver I am prequalified with a specific APR and OPT OUT notice.

I didn't know if that prequalified offer isn't valid because I don't have one on the Capital one site for the Venture (the one I want).

My 08 Scores are 770 TU, 755 EX, 740 EQ INQ (last 2yrs) are 21, 33, 33 (22 are auto)

My 3 hightest credit lines are 19k (open a year), 10k (open 3 mo) and 9.5 (open 2.5 years)

If i need to provide any other info for better help i can

Your scores sound overly qualified for any card capital One has to offer, they send me mailers with specific APR and sign up bonuses every week but I never get anything on pre-qualified online....

If you want anyone of their products I'd advise you to go for it, but be aware that it will cost you a triple pull..

Have you tried choosing "excellent" credit when you do the pre-qual on the Cap One site?

Yes, I select "excellent" and "travel rewards"

I have a wedding I need to help pay for at the end of next month and can easily meet the bonus spend. Normally I don't spend that much.

I have two quicksilvers (one used to be a platinum and was my first ever credit card 4 years ago). Don't know if that's playing a role in not being preapproved for the Venture but only the QS1 and another Platinum

With your scores, id just app for the card you really want. Not everyone gets prequaled so for me, thats not the most important aspect of going for a card you would like. If your profile is strong, youd be amazed how many times youll get treated right. Good luck

You may want to reach out to the EO for a recon. It seems like your profile would support an approval, unless you're at some limit of Cap One cards. Do you only have the two QS cards with Cap One?

Yes just the two QS. I put about 1k a month on each. They are my two oldest, otherwise I'd combine them
