      <description>My secured card converted to an unsecured Diamond Preferred in October. I was wondering if I could PC this to the Dividend card and if so do I just refer to it as a "product change" when speaking with the CSR?</description>

I guess they have to be good at something....You could simply call them and ask them to change your Diamond Preferred into a Dividend. You should not have to say the word "product change." &amp;nbsp;If the front line representative that answers at the 800 # on the back of your card cannot or will not help you, go through social media (Facebook/Twitter). The social media representatives, in my experience, seem to be more senior and have authority to help with most things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am curious, why the&amp;nbsp;Dividend card? I have one and it leaves very little to be desired. Why not the Double Cash? Sure its ugly, but the better cash back earnings make up for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fair enough. Let us know how the PC goes. There was another poster a week or so ago that successfully changed one of his Citibank cards to Dividend. So it is possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
