Hello Amar89. I received one with a 1k SL. 3 months later requested a SP CLI and went to 2.5k. Good luck 👍🍀

We cannot guess your SL from only your scores.
However, I think you have a good chance of approval.

Your scores look pretty good for an approval, but nobody can guess your starting limit or how future CLIs will go.

I will say that across the board Citi tends to be stingy with the Double Cash card so don't be surprised if you get approved for 3-5k. Just how it goes with this card most of the time.

Prob not getting anything big with the DC at first. Prob $3-5k starting limit but call them and ask for a manual pull for a CLI. Then you'll have a decent limit

I applied for a double cash card in 2015. At the time my oldest card was only 13 months and my score was 701. I was approved for a $3000 limit, so I would think you would get north of that.

I applied in March of 2016 and got a $2500 limit. I asked for a CLI after a few months and got it up to $3500. In January I asked for another CLI and Citi came back at $5,000. I turned it down and asked for $10,000 and they approved it a few days later.

Hi Javause,

I have used my first credit card which is like $1300 for everyday purchases (lunches, gas, transport etc..) and after that i applied for amex and they gave me $2k and raised to 5k within 3 months and then after that 11k without single hard pulls. Then i applied for capitalone they gave me $500 in the begining and after my usage they raised it to 3k without any hard pulls, 4 times increment without hard pulls will make your score to jump.

-Thanks
