Anyone have issues with not receiving VS Angel Rewards?

I earned $50 worth of rewards in the first week of January it said 3-6 weeks until I'd receive the rewards and it's now been 8-9 weeks but I haven't received anything.

Anyone else have this issue? I submitted a message to them through the SM but they told me I needed to call in I've called 3 times and they're always closed.

Yes, I have the upgraded VIP card earned on Dec 17 due to me, but nothing yet. I was going to call tomorrow and see what was going on. But you know, I had this issue when I was first approved for the card. It took the actual card 3 and a half weeks after Comenity said they mailed it to actually get to me. I called in, and had them actually send me a new card and it came in on the same day I got my original card we all thought was lost in the mail. So I am worried if I have them resend the upgrade VIP card again, it will the the same situation all over again, resulting in 2 cards again. But on a side note, and I know others have stated this, Comenity is the slowest I have ever experienced in mailing things. I have received letter for verification after the 14 day deadline they gave me to call in, resulting in a hard pull for nothing. Very disappointing.

Yeah I haven't received my upgraded VIP card either I earned it in December too. I enjoy the benefits and simplicity of the card but they need to upgrade their customer service. If nothing comes tomorrow I'm calling for both just wanted to see if this was an isolated incident or something that is a regular occurrence because it's my first time earning the rewards.

I totally agree with you on the customer service issue. Most of the time through the SM I just get a cut and paste answer that doesn't address my specific question at all. Now that I see there are 2 of us who earned the upgrade around the same time but have not received it, I am inclined to believe this is NOT just my mail that is slow to be delivered or what have you... I am going to bet this is just a Comenity problem in general.

Rewards are sent out the month after you earn them usually on the second or third, you can see the date the rewards points are removed under rewards on the Comenity site once you log in. So if you earned them in January they would be sent out the first week of February which means you should be recieving it soon. I'm actually int he same boat and waiting on $60 in rewards that were sent out on February 3rd. I usually recieve my rewards sometime in the fifth week after they've been sent out. For those waiting for your upgraded VIP cards it took a long time for me. So long that by the time they got around to it I'd reached Forever Angel status so they never bothered to send me the VIP upgrade

(Also, if by earning the rewards you meant they were sent out the first week of January I apologize and I hope you recieve them soon, I would definitely call customer service anyway. I realized a few months ago I never recieved my birthday reward so they shipped me another one without any hassle)

Hmm mine is showing I earned the first week of January and it was send on Jan 16th the max time I should've received it would be Feb 27th (6 weeks from 1/16).

Also how are you getting $60 in rewards?!?! I thought it's only in $25 increments

There's no limit to how many rewards points you can earn in a month. The rewards cards are given out in increments of 250 points, with the amount of each reward dependent on your rewards level (Forever Angels get $15 for every 250 rewards points, I believe VIP and Angels get $10 for every 250 points). So I earned 1100 points in one billing cycle so I'm waiting on a $60 reward card and I still have 100 points towards my next reward.

So you guys don't think I'm dropping a grand in Victoria's Secret every month and also to share the wealth I'm gonna tell you that all bras (even clearance) earn triple points and any non-bra purchase in-store can you get you double points if you make an in-store Angel card payment after. Also you can choose 1 triple points day (2 triple points days for VIPs, 3 triple points days for Forever Angels) per year which add up. I used one of mine in the fall when I ordered a new pair of Uggs and a pair of chuck taylors online which netted me like 600 points. Triple points days are really useful if you want to buy any of their clothes online as well.

Hmm I've never heard of this policy I've heard of the bras earning triple points and the triple points days though. Do you have a link or something that says that?

I just scoured the Victoria's Secret website to look for where it says that, apparently they are not advertising this anymore, however I can tell you it is still part of their policy as I've done this in both January and February. The bonus points show up under the recent activity in the rewards section as "points adjustment" seperate from the normal rewards points associated with the purchase and it seems like they wait until after my statement cuts to reward them but it could be that it just takes a week or two to process.

Also - there's no minimum payment in order to get these double points. I usually don't carry cash on me so when I shop in store the payment I make is literally a dollar and then I make my normal monthly payment online

Why is the payment a dollar? Is it just if you make any payment even just a dollar they'll give you double points on any non bra purchase or do you have to pay in full?

I was in the store yesterday with my wife and the clerk said a lot of customers are having this issue. She has not gotten her rewards yet. Told to calll. The store clerk should be able to help. Poor customer service

Yes I've experienced the same issue. I earned a $20 reward on Jan 6th and still haven't received it. I sent an SM and they are going to re-send the reward.

I had a similar issue with my Williams Sonoma card. I didn't receive my $25 birthday reward in my birthday month. I received it two months later. So idk if this delay in issuing rewards is a Comenity issue or is the issue with VS and Williams Sonoma?

Ok, so just an update... I received both the rewards card and the upgraded VIP card today in the mail! So now I know, it will not take 3-6 weeks for rewards. More like 8-10 weeks.

Same happened for me too. But I guess when you upgrade to VIP you're supposed to get an additional $10 bonus according to their website FAQ did you get the extra $10 or no?

Yes, the $10 card and the VIP card were both attached to the same paper I received in the mail today. On a separate note, though still related to Comenity mailing things in an untimely manner, I am STILL waiting on a letter regarding an Ulta card I applied for. It is either a denial or verification and I am waiting in the letter...been about 12 days since I apped. Getting this bank to mail me anything when they say they will is like pulling teeth!!!

Tomorrow will be six weeks for me waiting on my Angel Forever reward and new card. I emailed them two weeks ago to ask where it was and they didn't even answer my question just sent a new card lol. If I don't receive it in s few days I will call. They are really slow.

I’ve had my credit card from Victoria’s Secret since October 2016 and I have not received one reward I am old and lost $1000 in rewards because I spent thousands of dollars every month I have called every month they tell me they’re going to keep sending them they never do and I know that they’re not sending them because I have monitor delivery if something doesn’t change soon I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I would called them and ask for a supervisor. They are usually good with reissuing them. Also, ask if they can email it. They’ve sent my birthday reward through email before.
