Question about CSR Priority Pass

The banker said I needed to call to get my Priority Pass cards. When I had the Ritz the Lounge Cards were auto sent to me. Anyone have first hand experience? Thank you!

Nope, you do not need to call. You just have to activate that benefit and your priority pass automatically gets mailed to you. When you log into your Chase account. Click on the CSR card. Once you click on the card and see your card info(balance, available credit, etc....), there's a "Things you can do" menu on the top right. Click on that and scroll down to card benefits. Once you do that, you'll see the airport lounge access and other benefits. Just click to activate Priority Pass.
