Delta Skymiles Approved!!!!!

Awesome!!!! just applied and was approved with a 3900 cl. My biggest cl used to be 800.00 from capitalone, it just feels soooo good to move up in the food chain. I really wanted the BLUE, but I was afraid of being turned down and wasting an inquiry. When I receive the card, should I ask for a product change to a BLUE????? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you don't mind my asking, what are you FICOs? I got shot down for that card about 2 weeks ago. They pulled Experian I have a 621. They had a letter filled with a bunch of stuff about how I exceeded their risk factor or something.

My EXP is 648. SHould I apply for delta sky miles or CCCU. I can just afford one inquiry. I have already 6 inquiries. Please advise.

GRRRRR these guys are killing me, my scores are TU-697, EQ-695, EX-714, BUT I have a bankruptcy that's from September 1999 (over 7 years old) and AMEX still will not give me any cards!

It's frustrating!!!

Did you have an AMEX that was included in the BK? They may blacklist.

Nope never had AMEX before, I just tried them again today as my scores took a very healthy bump up and their only reason for rejection was "Bankruptcy".

To be honest with you, if I were in your shoes I wouldn't apply; the only reason being those 6 inquiries. I think that's a bit too high... maybe someone has applied and was approved with that many inquiries???? My advice to you would be to let your inquiries cool off a bit. (usually after one year)
