Should I ask for the CLI when the third statement cuts or when the account is 90 days Old ?

I would wait until atleast 90 days. I tried at 88 days and was denied. I tried again at 99 days and instantly approved

What is the CLI request suggested method?

It's a SP right?

UPDATE: WAS APPROVED FOR CLI WENT FROM 3.3K TO 9K. BUT GOT AN ALERT OF A HARD PULL NOT SURE WHY THO. GONNA ASK TO SEE IF I CAN GET A RECON TOO AT LEAST 15K SINCE IT WAS A HARD PULL.

Congratulations on what you got for a CLI; just about tripled your CL.

90 days and just past the last AR is best for the CLI. Although it can be a SP, always better to expect a HP
