Is anyone with a Credit One account having trouble logging in? When i try I get the message "Problem Processing Your Request". My daughter can sign on to her account just fine. When I called I was told there was nothing wrong with my account but they were having website problems and it should be working in 24-36 hours. That was Thursday when I called and it's still not working for me. He also tried to tell me I hadn't used my account in a while. I don't what counts, it has a balance, I make a payment every month and I made a transaction in December. I'm trying to get my cards down.

I did all of this before I asked this question of the forum. I just did all this again and I'm still getting the same result. There was one difference, in addition to the red banner "Problem Processing Your Request" I received this message below "The Username or Password you entered is incorrect. Please try again." just to see what would happen if I entered incorrect information. This tells me the website knows who I am. I am going to call Credit One again, this is now the 5th day since I was told the website would be working in 24 hours. I was just hoping I get information that others could log in to their Credit One accounts before calling.
